During production, the lactose component is removed through a natural process while still preserving proteins, vitamins, and omega-3s to create this lactose-free milk variety.
Organic Valley’s ultra-pasteurized low-fat lactose-free organic milk contains the same nutrients as regular milk, including vitamins A, D, B2, calcium, and completely natural proteins. All production processes are strictly controlled to ensure flavor and nutritional value.
