INGREDIENTS:
– Organic Ghee butter
– Minced garlic
– Baguette bread
– Organic String cheese
– Smoked meat
– Eggs
– Organic Valley pasteurized organic milk
– Seasoning: Salt, pepper

METHOD:
– Step 1: Melt the ghee butter and garlic in the microwave.
– Step 2: Cut 4 small slices of baguette. Arrange the bread slices on a baking tray. Brush the butter–garlic mixture onto the bread. Bake at 170°C for 7–10 minutes.
– Step 3: Shred the Organic String cheese and keep it in the fridge.
– Step 4: Dice the smoked meat and pan-sear it.
– Step 5: Add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk well. Melt a little ghee butter in the pan first, then pour in the egg mixture to make an omelet. Just before the eggs are fully set, quickly add the shredded cheese.
– Step 6: Place the omelet and smoked meat on top of the toasted bread and enjoy.
