Crispy fried Organic Valley cheese balls

    With just a few simple steps, mom can finish a batch of fried cheese balls with an ultra-crispy outer coating and the rich, fragrant flavor typical of Organic Valley organic cheese! Every kid is sure to fall in love with them.

    * Preparation:

    – Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar organic cheese

    – Flour, baking powder

    – 2 chicken eggs

    * Method:

    – Add the cheese, flour, eggs and baking powder to a bowl and mix until the mixture comes together into a smooth dough.

    – Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls.

    – Heat the oil. Drop the cheese balls in and fry until they turn an even golden color.

    – Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil, then serve hot for your child to enjoy.
