If your family (not only small children but also the elderly or people who are ill) has a “tendency to dislike milk”, Daioni Vietnam will show you a simple, very tasty dish that will surely make no one say “no” to milk anymore.
+ Chicken cooked in milk: When chicken “pairs up” with milk, it suddenly takes on an unexpectedly delicious flavor, becoming a unique yet very tasty dish for your family.

Ingredients:
• – Chicken: choose a young chicken of about 1.4 kg
• – Daioni fresh milk: 1/2 liter
• – Baby potatoes: 300 g
• – Small onions: 200 g
• – Straw mushrooms (young): 300 g
• – Cooking oil, seasonings, minced garlic.
Method:
– Clean the chicken, cut it into pieces about the size of three fingers, then marinate with minced garlic, pepper, salt and MSG for about half an hour.
– Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel the onions. Trim the roots from the straw mushrooms and wash them clean.
– Heat a pan with oil and fry the potatoes until golden, then remove and drain. Next, lightly fry the onions until the skin turns golden, then remove and drain.
– Place a pot on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until the meat firms up. Pour in enough boiling water to just cover the surface of the chicken, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, turning the chicken so it cooks evenly. Then add the fried potatoes and cook together for about 5 minutes, followed by the onions. After another 5 minutes, add the mushrooms.
– Adjust the seasoning to taste. When the chicken is tender and the liquid has reduced to about one-third, pour in the half liter of fresh milk and turn the heat to medium. When the milk sauce comes back to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, taste again and adjust if needed. Continue cooking until the milk sauce is just level with the chicken pieces. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with pepper and coriander.
– Serve hot with bread or rice.
