Method 1

– 2 eggs; 2 slices of cheese; 2 slices of ham
– 1/4 onion; 1/4 carrot; 1/5 cucumber; 2 lettuce leaves
– A pinch of salt; a pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Step 1: Finely slice the onion and lettuce. Cut the ham, cheese, carrot and cucumber into thin strips.
Step 2: Slice the cheese. Beat the eggs well, then add salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
Step 3: Heat some cooking oil in a pan, pour the beaten egg into the pan. When the egg just starts to set, gently place the ham, onion, lettuce and ham again together at one side of the omelette.
Step 4: Carefully roll up the omelette from that side, pan-fry a little longer until the cheese melts, then transfer the rolled omelette to a plate. Cut the cheese omelette roll into bite-sized pieces and serve hot!

– Chicken eggs: 3
– 3 portions of spreadable cheese (Laughing Cow–style)
– 1 onion
– 50 g minced lean pork
– Seasonings: fish sauce, pepper, salt
Instructions:
– Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, a little salt, MSG (optional) and pepper, then beat well.
– Dice the onion. Grind the pepper finely.
– Heat a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and butter together with the minced meat until fragrant.
– Pour in just enough beaten egg to make a thin omelette. When cooked, slide it onto a plate. Repeat until all the egg mixture is used.
– Mash the cheese until smooth.
– Place 3–5 pieces of omelette on a surface, spread a layer of cheese over them, then roll them up.
– Garnish with a little coriander and enjoy.
