How to make almond cookies and raisin cookies

    Ingredients:

    – Ghee butter 150 g

    – Organic flour 350 g

    – 1 drop organic vanilla

    – Chocolate, almonds

    – Organic eggs

    – Chocolate chips

    – Organic sugar 1/2 cup

    – A pinch of pink salt

    – Organic raisins

    – Baking tools and molds

    Method:

    Step 1:

    – First, melt the organic Ghee butter.

    – Add 150 g sugar

    – 2 egg yolks

    – One drop of organic vanilla

    – Beat the mixture with a mixer until light and fluffy.

    Step 2:

    – Then add the flour to the mixture

    – Add 1 teaspoon salt

    – 2 teaspoons baking soda

    * Continue using the mixer until the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.

    * Divide the dough into 2 equal parts:

    • ½ of the dough will be used for chocolate almond cookies: Add the chocolate and almonds and mix well. Put the combined dough into a cookie press or shape by hand, then cut or portion onto a baking tray. Decorate the top with a few chocolate chips. Bake with top and bottom heat at 190°C for about 12 minutes.
    • The remaining ½ of the dough will be used for raisin cookies: Put the remaining dough into a mold or shape, cut and place on a baking tray. Decorate the tops with raisins. Bake with top and bottom heat at 190°C for about 12 minutes.
