Matcha latte

    Matcha latte is a wonderful combination of latte and matcha green tea powder, making a drink that is very good for your health.     Ingredients to prepare

    1. Matcha powder
    2. Sweetened condensed milk
    3. Daioni organic fresh milk – whole or skimmed depending on your needs
    4. A glass of ice cubes made in your freezer ice tray
    5. Sugar syrup.

    Method:

    Step 1: Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to 10 ml of hot water. Use a stainless steel spoon to stir thoroughly until the matcha powder is completely dissolved. Make sure the matcha is fully dissolved before adding the other ingredients; otherwise, no matter what you do, the matcha will be very hard to mix evenly with them.


    Step 2: Add sweetened condensed milk and Costellini’s powder to the mixture above. Pour 60 ml of heated Daioni organic fresh milk into a shaker and stir well to dissolve the mixture. If you like it sweeter, you can add 5 ml of sugar syrup.

    Step 3: Add ice to the shaker and shake well to help everything dissolve more thoroughly and to chill the drink.

    Step 4: Pour into a glass and enjoy. You can sprinkle a little matcha powder on top for decoration.
    Some other options with matcha powder:
    – If you want a blended-ice drink, put the mixture into a blender instead of a shaker. If you prefer a hot drink, enjoy it right after adding the hot milk to dissolve the mixture.
    – To enhance the flavor and nutrition, you can serve it with a little yogurt.
