    How to make coffee vanilla ice cream

    Whole organic fresh milk is not only a nutritious drink for everyone but can also be used to make delicious dishes. This summer, we will show you how to make ice cream so you can get into the kitchen and try it yourself.

    Ingredients:

    – Organic whole fresh milk: 600 ml

    – Whipping cream: 250 ml (place in the freezer 6 hours before making)

    – Sugar: 165 g

    – Ground coffee (not yet brewed): 40 g

    – Vanilla: 5 g

    Method:

    First, put the ground coffee into a filter bag, then add the milk and sugar together with the coffee filter bag into a saucepan. Heat over low heat until it reaches about 80°C, then turn off the heat and let it cool for about 30 minutes. Use a spoon to press the coffee bag so the coffee flavor infuses into the mixture.

    After pressing out the flavor, remove the used coffee bag and add the vanilla, stirring well, then pour this mixture into an ice cream container. Place the container in the freezer and every 30 minutes take it out and stir with a spoon. Repeat this about 4 times, and you will have a delicious coffee vanilla ice cream for everyone to enjoy.
